No mommy, you may not read your mail until you have paid me sufficient attention to make up for the lack thereof since after Christmas. I don't care you were busy or had to travel or anything. Since dragging socks around don't seem to work anymore, I must start taking these extreme measures.
Anykitty got any other ideas to make your mommy and/or daddy realize you're their #1 priority? Any suggestions welcome.

I think you may sit at the spot that everytime she opens her eyes will see you. And using very terderness mieow to her~! I think softer way is always ok~!!!
When we want attention, we jump on the counter or go behind the tv, which are places that we aren't supposed to be. Then our mom has to come and get us. Once she puts us down, we go right back and eventually she feels bad and gives us lots of cuddles.
The late night headwhaps are always good!
Sometimes I try kicking the mail from the little pile until it scatters all over the floor. That does not usually work though.
me and castle pull all our Mum's clothes off of the radiator when they are drying. that always gets her attention!
My fur mommy likes to shread our beans paper stuff. She just takes a big bite, rips the paper, spits it out and takes another bite, until there is nothing left. This seems to get our beans attention quite well!
We think you should sit on her and not let her up, until she starts to pay attention to you. Use your claws if you have to - just enough to hold her in place.

Jeez, tell me about it! My mom has practically ignored me lately with all the sewing she has been doing. I have to jump right up on her stuff and sit on it to get her attention. Even that doesn't always work!
Not getting enough attention? That's terrible. I hope you have gotten some ideas from the suggestions.
Hold their prized possessions ransome (ie: IPod earphones, camera straps, toofbruches, mascara winds, coins, loose buttons, travel/flash drives, memory cards, . . . you git da idea).
